Cultural care

Grows well in most soils which are well draining. Will become herbaceous in cold regions during winter - any remaining, older foliage should be removed by late winter to tidy. Cutting spent flowering stems during display period will encourage further blooms. Apply slow release fertiliser both in spring and late autumn to achieve best results.
