Cultural care

Easy to grow in most soil types which are well draining. Low water requirements once established but should not be allowed to dry out during extended periods of heat. Prune by around a third of overall size in late autumn to maintain a bushy habit. Apply slow release fertiliser during early spring for optimum results. Mulch well over warmer months to help retain moisture. Protect from severe frost.
