Cultural care

Select a sunny location in soil types that are well draining - does not tolerate wet feet. Once established watering requirements are low requiring only occasional long soak during extended periods of heat. No pruning generally required. A light trim after main flowering flush will help promote a neat habit. Apply a slow release fertiliser in spring and autumn for optimum results. Protect from frost.
